Since 2004 I have been helping people overcome pain, injury, vertigo and other physical limitations so they can live a healthy lifestyle. Using cutting edge techniques I am able to help people recover from pain quickly and lose weight efficiently. Located in Northern California, I have worked with everyone from the average adult to high school athletes and even a few professional athletes. I enjoy figuring out what is holding a person back from reaching that next level and teaching them how to overcome their unique obstacles to achieve their ideal health. When I am not training people, I am enjoy spending time with my wife and kids hiking, playing sports or just curling up on the couch together to watch a movie.
