    2 - "Eat To Slim Down & Energize 6-Week Program":
    The program is for you if you want to adjust your weight, learn which foods to add-in to your meals and how to prepare healthier versions of your favourite meals.

    We following a step-by-step process that builds on your progress and means you reach your desired results AND leave having integrated these into your day-to-day.

    3 - Custom Wellness Program (3 Months):
    This program is for if you want to dive deep and truly commit to making a radiant change in your life.

    Three months is the magical timeframe to get results you can see, feel and maintain.
    We will reboot your habits.

    Your program may include:
    6 x 60 minute bi-weekly sessions
    6 x 20 minute 'Check-in' sessions in alternation
    *Via Skype, on the phone or in person*(for the 60 minutes sessions)

    . Agree on which steps to take now to get back on track with your goals.

I’m Yasmine, Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach.

I’m here to help you nourish your body and make you feel good from the inside-out.

I don’t simply follow rule books, meal plans, and theories about what’s right for you. Instead, I use what I’ve learned to create a personal system which works for your body.

I combine my knowledge from my degrees in Education, Psychology, and Alternative Medicine with my Nutrition and Health Coach training to deliver fully personalized support.

We optimize your nutrition needs as well as identify the areas in your life you need most support with. This could range from what to eat, how to time your meals, and how to better organize your schedule, to addressing a relationship or work issue that’s been holding you down – in the other areas that constitute health.

I draw maps on how I can help you tackle difficult situations you’re currently facing.

We focus not only on the present but also where you want to go at this stage in your life.

I monitor and am carefully engaged in your progress.

My goal is long-term changes - to show you how you can continually improve your

way of life - even after you’ve completed my program.
