My mission is to support you to be in radiant and abundant health again and soar toward your goals.

I was raised near Lyon, France, where food and cooking are central pillars of culture and socialization. I love to eat as much as I like to cook, but over the years I have learned to favor foods and recipes that serve my health, not just my tastebuds.

Most of the recipes I will share will only have a few ingredients, with a focus on fresh and seasonal ones. “Maximize taste, pleasure and nutrition, and minimize time spent in the kitchen” is my modus operandi. By increasing the amount of healthful and tasty dishes, being healthy is easy and sustainable.  I am a “health-conscious pleasuretarian.”  How would you describe your way of eating?

 While I am trained to help people with overall wellness issues, my areas of focus are based on my personal experiences.  I specialize in multicultural professionals, skin concerns, and going from good to better health.

Skin appearance

Eating for flawless complexion is not a vanity move – it’s a healthy and smart move since our skin is often the first organ to warn us that our health is not optimal. Acne and redness can be signs of intolerance to foods or chemicals; that uneven skin tone and “fine lines” can be reduced with the right habits. Because the body can only heal as a whole, you will probably find that by what started as an effort to take care of your skin,  you will breathe and sleep better, have more energy, and reduce your chances of developing chronic diseases.

Multicultural lifestyle and “foodstyle”

As an immigrant and a travel lover, I  know that one of the hardest things to get used in a new country is the food choices and habits. How do you reconcile what the best your new country offers with your home-country’s culinary traditions? Why are you gaining weight? What do you do about the “latest study” that condemn key ingredients of your family’s cooking heritage? Together, we will develop practical solutions that work for you.

As a strong believer and practitioner of prevention, I see getting healthier as an insurance policy and a savings account to reduce the impact of aging, of today’s stressful lifestyles, and of all the toxic substances, experiences and emotions we are exposed to daily.  To go from healthy to healthier will give you the energy and confidence you need to soar towards your life goals. Wellness fuels us towards our goals!
